My Mother Louise Roby passed away 10/6/2022 at our home in San Antonio, Texas. I called Donald Jordan Memorial Chapel in Hamilton,Ohio. I got a call back from Mr. Jordon within 15 minutes to discuss our needs. Within 30 minutes Mr Jordon had connected me with a funeral home here in San Antonio to prepare mom to be flown back to Hamilton for funeral service and burial. Mr Jordon and his staff took excellent care of mom and all of the arrangements flying her from Texas to Ohio.
Once I made back to Ohio every phone call and all moms arrangements were handled with the upmost respect and professionalism. Two days before mom service Tasha was up with me until after midnight texting and emailing as I kept changing and adding information to moms service. Tasha you went above and beyond the call of duty, I thank you for keeping me together that night. All the Jordon staff went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about the Jordon staff excellent service. When I saw my mom she looked as beautiful as she always did. Thank you Mr Jordon and staff.

Sister Margaret Gibson was a friend of mine and she will be missed on this earth. She would always check in with me and make a effort to change. She fought a good fight until the Lord brought her home. Abstinence from the body and present with the Lord. All Praises due to the Most High for allowing Sis to touch so many souls. RIP now my sister in Christ.

I can't say enough kind words about the care and concern the staff provided for my husband Ronald Booker Jr. This was by far the toughest time for me but Mrs. Tonya with her well needed embrace and Mr. Keith with his warm words of kindness and encouragement helped me in more ways than I could ever express. I was in such turmoil, and had no idea how I would be able to lay my precious son to rest; with no steady income, no insurance. I felt hopeless and helpless.
But Al Milton and the caring staff at Donald Jordan memorial chapel put my heart at ease, and worked with me to provide a wonderfully blessed veiwing.
They helped me say goodbye with grace and dignity.
Todd looked like the Angel he had become, at rest and peaceful.
I will be eternally grateful for their compassion and understanding in my darkest moments.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and the care shown to my family on the sudden passing of my niece, (Cicely 'CeCe: McLoud E.) on Dec 26, 2018.
