Penelope Hogan

Penelope ‘Penny’ Jasper Hogan was born April 8, 1958 to Wesley and Margaret Jasper Junior.  She transitioned from this earthly life on October 3, 2022 at the age of 64.

Penelope graduated in 1977 from Roth High School. After high school, she choose healthcare as her career and graduated from Kelly’s Nursing School in 1978. From there she held jobs in the healthcare industry, and she was a caregiver to her loved ones. 

Penelope was the life of the party and had an amazing heart full of love to give; she had the gift of love and laughter. 

Penelope was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Margaret Jasper Jr.; her husband, Brent Hogan; her good friend and father of her youngest child, Stanley Kinney and her brother, Wade Anthony Jasper. 

Penelope leaves to cherish her everlasting memories: her daughters, DaQueta Martin and Stanyale Jasper; grandchildren, Makìs and Myelle Towns, William Brown and Maurice Taylor; her siblings, Wesley Jasper III and Shawn Jasper along with all of those who she loved and cherished.
