Beverly Ann Cook

Beverly Ann Cook was born in Dayton, Ohio June 22, 1943.  She transitioned to be with her Lord and Savior on March 5, 2023.  She attended Dunbar High School and graduated in 1961.

Beverly was a lover not a fighter and always wore a smile. She loved dancing and talking about old times. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was one lady we will never forget and will always be in our hearts every step of the way.

She is survived by her mother, Viola Sowell; one sister, Patricia Twitty; four brothers, Lavelle Twitty, Lawrence Twitty, Butch Twitty and Ronald Twitty all of Dayton, OH;. her 5 children, two sons, Bryant Cook and Murrell Cook and three daughters, Camilla Cook, Carmen Goins and Natalie Lacey; 15 grandchildren, Jessica Ross, Todd Hughley, James Hughley, Natasha Hughley, Jeremiah Hughley, Martez Sparrow, Nicole Sparrow, Ronnie Goins, Miqul Goins, Amontae Goins, Ananias Goins, Derico Slaughter Jr., Aaliyah Slaughter, Aliciah Slaughter and Xavier Slaughter; 23 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends that loved her and will miss her dearly.
