Anthony Eric Varner Sr. passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2023 at his home in Franklin, Ohio. Anthony was born on January 28, 1962. Born as the first child and only son to Sharon (Varner) Adams. He was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio in a loving home created by Walter and Sharon Adams that still stands strong today.
Following high school, Anthony enlisted in the US Army. He was stationed in South Korea, where he met his now-wife. Anthony settled back to Ohio with his family where he worked his last years as a mechanical technician at DMAX in Moraine, Ohio. No matter where Anthony served or worked, he was loved by everyone he encountered. Outside of work, Anthony enjoyed reading books by Stephen King, fishing, and riding his motorcycle with his bike club.
His memories will be cherished by his parents, Walter and Sharon Adams along with Steve Brown. He is kept in loving memory by his wife, Chung Varner and three sisters, Theresa Logan, Tersina Daniel, and Tisha Thomasson. Anthony LOVED being a father. His Varner legacy will live on through his only son, Anthony Jr. and he will forever be adored by his daughters, Artina and Jayna Varner along with Marlena Blunt. He also leaves behind his two grandchildren, a special friend (Sheri), a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
